  1. Evaluate and apply a global understanding of the following academic disciplines: natural sciences, social sciences, mathematics, humanities, and visual and performing arts. Measurement would be completion of a minimum 12 courses within the Cal-GETC pattern from the following areas: English Composition, Mathematical Concepts and Quantitative Reasoning, Arts and Humanities, Social and Behavioral Sciences, Physical and Biological Sciences, and Ethnic Studies.
